Hi Mountain Buckboard Bean Seasoning gives you all the flavor of smoked ham hocks and bacon. If you only use it in your beans or soups, you are missing out. Try it on a baked potato and sprinkle a little on oven-roasted Brussels sprouts.
Western Style Seasonings now comes in a bigger size bottle and contains 5.1 oz seasoning.
Ingredients:
Salt, dehydrated vegetables (onions, carrots), spices (including chili pepper), dextrose, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, yeast extract, natural smoke flavor, garlic powder, and not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains soy.

First bought this product in Little Nashville, IN at a jerky shop (brown county). Found the site online and ordered 3 more for me and my boys. Really good stuff.

Makes good beans great
Have ordered this a couple of times now and will continue. The first time I tried it I was hooked.My wife likes it too and she normally don't like anything spiced up a little. Anyone who likes beans or peas this stuff makes them great.

This seasoning is a wonderful addition to your favourite smoked ham hocks and pinto bean recipe! I won't take the time and put forth the effort to make my bean recipe without this spice to add just before I eat some. It deserves a 5
star rating!!!
