Any white fish filet will be great in this recipe.
Ingredients:
- Hi Mountain Seasonings Wild River Trout Seasoning
- Hi Mountain Seasonings Garlic Pepper Rub Blend
- Lemon juice
- White wine
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Fish filets
Directions:

Wash off fish filets and pat dry.

Pour on 1/8 teaspoon of lemon juice on each filet.

Season on both sides of the filets with 1/4 teaspoon Hi Mountain Seasonings Garlic Pepper Rub Blend and 1/4 teaspoon Hi Mountain Seasonings Wild River Trout Seasoning.

In a frying pan, add in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons white wine.

Heat on medium and add the filets once the butter starts to sizzle.

Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the filets reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Carefully remove the filets from frying pan and serve with a vegetable side dish.
