Buffalo Wing Seasoning Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 2 pounds of chicken wings or drummettes for each 4 oz. pouch of spice. If using chicken wings, cut at joints and discard tips. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Place chicken in non-metallic bowl. Lightly coat chicken with vegetable oil and sprinkle on seasoning. Mix chicken and seasoning in bowl until evenly coated.
2. Place chicken on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in lower half of oven for 30-40 minutes.

Dressing Instructions:
1. To avoid uneven distribution of seasoning, mix 1 cup buttermilk with Hi Mountain’s Ranch dressing; shake or stir well. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and stir or shake well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Buttermilk may be substituted with _ cup sour cream and _ cup milk.
2. Serve Buffalo Wings with Hi Mountain’s Ranch dressing. For variety try the Buffalo Wings with Hi Mountain’s Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix.
For a fun Buffalo Seasoning dip: Combine _ packet of Hi Mountain’s Buffalo Seasoning with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
